How does the admissions process work?+
We begin with a tour and an assessment of care needs, then work with the resident and family to create a personalized plan and discuss the right level of care.
Can I visit outside normal hours?+
Visiting hours are generally 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day, and we are happy to arrange a tour or visit outside those hours when needed.
Is Pine Needle pet friendly?+
Yes. We welcome the companionship pets can bring and are happy to talk through what that looks like for a resident’s situation.
